Airport Shuttle

There will be airport shuttles from Athens International Airport (ATH) to the Aldemar Royal Olympia Conference Center & Hotel free of charge on June 1, 2014 and return back to Athens International Airport (ATH) on June 6, 2014.

Tentative Schedule Times for June 1, 2014 to Aldemar Hotel:

Shuttle #1 - 1:00 PM arrive at the hotel at 5:00 PM 
Meeting Point is at the Kimbo Cafe at the Exit Gate B (Arrivals Intra-Shengen)

Shuttle #2 - 4:00 PM arrive at the hotel at 8:00 PM 
Meeting Point is at the Kimbo Cafe at the Exit Gate B (Arrivals Intra-Shengen)

Shuttle #3 - 7:00 PM  arrive at the hotel at 11:00 PM  (Dinner will still be served at the Hotel)
Meeting Point is at the Kimbo Cafe at the Exit Gate B (Arrivals Intra-Shengen)

There will be an Aegean Conference Representative with a Conference Banner and an Aegean Conference Logo.

Tentative Schedule Times for June 6, 2014 to Athens International Airport:

Shuttle #1 - 4:30 AM arrive at the ATH airport at 8:30 AM 
Shuttle #2 & #3 - 9:00 AM arrive at the ATH airport at 1:00 PM
