The safety of our attendees is a priority.  As the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak continues to develop,  Aegean Conferences, Inc. is continuing to monitor the outbreak.  We are watching recommendations by the WHO and CDC and are working with our board and advisors to address the impact of the disease on our conferences. 

To date, meetings scheduled this summer in Greece will continue as planned. We may consider rescheduling meetings to October 2020 depending on developments of the disease. 

We are hopeful that the virus will be contained in the next few months and plan to move forward with our summer season of conferences as scheduled. However, Aegean Conferences Board will continue to monitor the situation, and post additional information in the months leading up to the start of the season.
